On June 30th at 3:00 p.m. join us in celebrating the completion of ACE's newly renovated community in Washougal.  The apartments formerly known as Bethea Park located 4300 Addy Street have undergone a facelift both inside and out.  Over the last six months, ACE and its development team have undertaken a complete renovation that has included an eye to increasing the livability for our residents, increasing the operating efficiencies for ACE, and long-term durability and sustainability that will benefit the communty as a whole.

Come see our new community room, playground and community gardens for residents.  Hear about all the new appliances that have been installed to conserve energy and water usage.  See some of our innovative and detailed buidling techniques to ensure there is no water intrusion that might erode the building over time.

Meet our development team comprised of ACE, Carleton Hart Architecture, TEAM Construction and the Housing Development Center.  Meet our funding partners including the State Department of Commerce, Clark County Community Services, Clark County Housing Preservation Program, Clark Public Utilities, Washington Community Reinvestment Association, and Enterprise Community Partners.
